Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. His deep expertise spans CPU, FPGA, SDRAM, and DRAM technologies, with prior roles at leading semiconductor companies including Intel, AMD, and Lattice Semiconductor Corporation.

He focuses on developing comprehensive test roadmaps aligned with company goals, mentoring engineering teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. His leadership ensures our testing processes meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Nguyen Hau is a Test Engineering Manager with 4 years of experience in the PCBA industry and currently leading all repair service projects with a strong focus on test and debug operations. He manages both the Test & Debug team and the Hardware Engineering team, overseeing all repair service activities and driving test solution development for new and existing products.

Under his leadership, the Test & Debug team focuses on diagnosing and restoring failed boards through precise root cause analysis and effective troubleshooting. Meanwhile, the Hardware Engineering team plays a critical role in designing and developing custom test fixtures, as well as supporting test strategies for New Product Introductions (NPI).

Hau collaborates closely with customers on test setup requirements, FAI submissions, and technical feedback, ensuring every solution aligns with performance, cost, and reliability expectations. His strong coordination across teams ensures optimized repair workflows, robust test coverage, and continuous innovation in hardware test solutions.

Thai is a highly capable Engineering Manager in the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) industry with 10 years of experience. Thai oversees the design, development, and production of PCBAs, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are consistently met. He manages a diverse engineering team, including manufacturing engineers, process engineers, and test engineers, fostering collaboration and efficiency across all functions.

Thai holds a major in Electrical Automation Engineering, which has been instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing advanced automation solutions. This expertise has enabled Thai to streamline production workflows, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency. Thai’s strong background in electrical engineering, combined with hands-on experience in PCB design and manufacturing, further complements their ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvements.

Peter Nguyen, NPI Manager, leads the New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for PCBA programs, ensuring a smooth transition from product design to mass production. He typically holds a Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field. With more than 9 years of experience in operations and manufacturing management, he demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination skills to support the company’s long-term growth and customer requirements.

In this role, he works closely with customers, engineering, and production teams to manage prototype builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-ups. His key responsibilities include identifying potential risks during new product introduction, coordinating resources across departments, establishing manufacturing processes, reviewing build readiness, and ensuring new products meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
