Job Description:
- Handle import-export documentation and customs declarations using VNACCS/ECUS.
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Reconcile BOM, customs valuation, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth import-export operations.
Requirements:
- Under 35 years old.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in import-export operations and customs declarations using VNACCS/ECUS.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in BOM reconciliation, customs valuation, and material consumption tracking.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible for documentation accuracy.
