Peter Huynh is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University, California, USA and a BMS-MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, California, USA. He is also a member of the Center for Development of Security Excellence, specializing in OPSEC Awareness for the U.S. Military. 
 
With 25 years of extensive experience in the electronics manufacturing sector, including defense and aerospace, medical electronics, and automotive, Peter has successfully managed complex projects, ensuring high-quality output. His expertise extends to training and certification, where he has played a pivotal role in upscaling for the management and engineering teams in any electronic companies.
 
Additionally, he has been instrumental in ramp-up and growth initiatives within the electronics industry, driving efficiency and innovation. Peter’s leadership and technical acumen make him a valuable asset in any electronics-related endeavor. His extensive experience and commitment to excellence position him as a seasoned professional who continues to contribute significantly to the electronic field.

John Nguyen is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience as an ASIC/FPGA Design and Verification Engineer. His expertise spans various domains, including microarchitecture design, RTL Coding, Synthesis, Static Timing Analysis. John has a strong background in chip simulation and verification, utilizing tools such as Verilog, Modalism, and Matlab. His work primarily revolves around computer interface protocols, digital signal processing, and digital communication applications. Ta Nguyen

Repair Center Manager
Ta is a Repair Center Manager with more than 5 years of experience, he brings valuable expertise in PCBA repair, ensuring smooth operations and reliable electronic devices within the organization. He oversees the repair and maintenance of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).  Ta coordinates rework activities, which involve correcting errors or defects in PCBAs. He oversees the replacement of faulty components, soldering, and reassembly. He leads a team of technicians who diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mother boards, fast cards, and other PCBA-related tasks. They analyze faulty components, identify defects, and determine the root cause of failures. Their goal is to restore PCBAs to optimal working condition. Ta expertise in debugging helps minimize downtime and ensures efficient repairs.  Developing technicians’ skills is part of his role. He organizes training sessions, mentor junior staff, and keep the team updated on industry trends and advancements.

Peter Nguyen, an Operation Manager, oversees the production floor of PCBA. Typically, he possesses a Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field. With 9+ years of Operations Manager experience, he demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, facilitation skills and long-term planning to support the company’s goals. Ideally, he has team lead or management experience and a solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes. 

His key responsibilities include Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue, communicating with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects, developing standard manufacturing procedures, assigning production resources, reviewing daily assembly production records, and ensuring desired output levels are maintained.

Thai is a highly capable Engineering Manager in the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) industry with 10 years of experience. Thai oversees the design, development, and production of PCBAs, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are consistently met. He manages a diverse engineering team, including manufacturing engineers, process engineers, and test engineers, fostering collaboration and efficiency across all functions. Thai holds a major in Electrical Automation Engineering, which has been instrumental in optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing advanced automation solutions. This expertise has enabled Thai to streamline production workflows, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency. Thai’s strong background in electrical engineering, combined with hands-on experience in PCB design and manufacturing, further complements their ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous process improvements.
