Job Summary
We are looking for motivated trainees to support automation initiatives and data analysis activities on the shop floor. Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and work closely with engineering and production teams to improve operational efficiency and support digitalization in manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support automation initiatives and improvement projects on the shop floor.
• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing production data.
• Develop simple tools, reports, or dashboards to support operational monitoring.
• Work with engineering and production teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Assist in testing and implementing automation solutions when required.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tasks and improvement activities.
Skills & Abilities
• Basic knowledge of data analysis, automation, or programming is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Python, or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
• College in Engineering, Automation, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related fields.
