Job Description:
- Study electronic schematics, Circuit diagrams, and electrical specs for PCBAs/ components.
- Troubleshoot and repair circuit board assemblies.
- Analyze, Debug, and test to find the fault/defect on PCBA.
- Use of quality tools for Root cause analysis & initiate & implement corrective & preventive
actions.
- Make and Maintain a Debug guide based on data, and defect trends.
- Compilation of Debug data/reports and responsible for data analysis.
- Coordinate with the Production team to reduce/eliminate defects.
- Maintain and improve 5s on the shop.
- Perform the Mirror Man function in the PCBA assembly area to arrest defects during the
manufacturing process.
- Identify unsafe conditions and report the same. Other tasks are assigned by line manager.
Skills and Abilities
-
Bachelors in Engineer in Electronics, Electronics & telecommunication with 2 to 4 years of
related experience.

Knowledge of electronic circuits (Analog as well as Digital) & electronic components passive
as well as Active.

Problem-solving Skills.

Use of Measuring equipment
-
Experience working in a multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.
