Job Description:
- Operate test equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Perform functional testing of PCBAs and Box Build assemblies, and classify products as PASS or FAIL according to established quality standards.
- Record test results, update testing records, and report any defects or abnormal conditions identified during the testing process.
- Use electronic test and measurement equipment, including Digital Multimeters (DMM/VOM) and Oscilloscopes, to measure voltage levels and verify basic signal waveforms.
- Assist in troubleshooting simple failures and escalate technical issues to the Engineering team when required.
- Achieve daily production output and productivity targets in accordance with assigned KPIs.
- Comply with 5S, safety regulations, quality standards, and all company operating procedures.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate a Digital Multimeter (DMM/VOM) to measure voltage and perform continuity testing.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of oscilloscope operation and waveform observation is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or PCBA manufacturing environment is preferred.
