Job Description:
- Develop a staff skilled in tooling, manufacturing engineering, methods and processes, cost estimating, maintenance supervision and quality control. Improve existing and develop new production processes and methods for the purpose of increasing output or efficiency and reducing costs.
- Develop a testing procedure/ testing equipment for product.
- Working with sales site/ customers/ Fab-9 US to get products of specification.
- Evaluate and improve the traveler/ work instruction for all products (SMT, MI, Cable, Testing PCBA, Box build, Rack, Wave soldering, Back-end line) for mass production.
- Prepare program, adjust or troubleshoot for all equipment / machinery within the division.
- Join to train new employees.
- Any other jobs assigned by immediate supervisor.
