Job Description:
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures.
• Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
• Support training programs by developing and implementing specialized sessions tailored to relevant functions.
• Monitoring activities related to ECR/ECO.
• Coordinate with the internal team on the NPI product.
• Work with internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products.
• Analyze defects occurring at the customer and internal levels. Coordinate with the internal team to figure out the corrective action and preventive action.
• Evaluate and support inspection processes through the development of inspection aids and instructional guidelines.
• Familiar with quality tools, 8D report.
Skill and Abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and under high pressure.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and stay up to date with industry trends.
